Varicose Veins & Pain went away
Love this product, it even has a very pleasant frangrance to it. My sister bought this for me; she swears by it and do now so do I. I had some issues with my Varicose Veins where I was even getting a dule pain. My vraicose veins started slowly but surely started to fade away. Start noticing it when my the dule pain I was having when use to sit was no longer their. So the cream had an added benefit, which I was very pleased with. The veins have faded and the dule pain has virtually gone. I will keep using this product.

Surprised
So before buying this product, there were, of course, both positive and negative reviews. I read all the reviews and considered the price and said, what the hell, for $14.99 it's worth a try. I have very faint, red and pink tiny spider veins on my face. They annoyed me because from far away, they resembled acne and I wanted them to go away in the worst way without having to spend hundreds on surgery. For $14, you get a lot, definitely more than I expected. It has a nice smell; reminds me of a hibiscus or plumeria flower. I might be going crazy, but I believe I see a change in my spider veins. They seem less noticeable and because this product has worked, I would buy it again.

Mother-in-law is very happy with the results ! !
I bought this cream for my mother-in-law and she is very pleased with the results! She tried various products of the same sort and was not getting the results she wanted. My wife and I went ahead and bought this product for her and she is finally seeing the change she wants. Really nice cream. We're very happy we found this for her.

Not convinced
I received this product pretty speedily and was excited about trying it out. I research this product pretty good. Diosmin has been used for the treatment of varicous veins for many years in Europe. However, I have been on this product for about 30 days and have not seen any change at all. The product does promise some significant results after 45 days which means that I will have to purchase another 30 days which I will have too just to test the warranty. I did expect to see some results after 30 days or why didn't they package and sell a 45 day supply instead of 30?

It works very slowly unlike the ads lead you to believe.
I have used this product for 3 months now and have seen some fading of the bluer toned veins but it is definitely not dramatic. I was able to find Diosmin at Vitamin World for about $7 and the product was 600mg of diosmin and looked identical. I'm going to look for a cheaper option for the internal treatment.

DON'T TRUST VENACURA - SAVE YOUR MONEY
I have used Venacura for over a year and did not see ANY IMPROVEMENT. Do not be fooled into wasting your money on this expensive, usless snake oil. I was extremely disappointed and out about $300.

Wouldn't recommend
The product declares to deminish the appearance of spider veins. I've applied VariClear Varicose Spider Vein Cream faithfully since 2-22-11 and have seen no results. Just wasted 40 dollars. This must be another scam. Should have know better.

not quit sure about this product
Customer Service was good, got the product on time as promised. I have used it since I received it as directed. I don't see any change yet. I not sure it works. I'll keep using it and hope it does what they claim.

Satisfied with results thus far.
I am a runner, and had spider veins for a few years now around my knees, but recently I noticed some on my thighs as well. I have to say, that I am less than half way through the jar and the ones on my thighs are definitely less visible. Still hoping for results on the ones that have been there longer. I will definitely replace the jar when I am running low.
