Psoriasis Treatment?
I have had a problem with psoriasis for 5 years. It is located on the base & sides of my nose and above my upper lip.
If the rash is around the nose and upper lip.,... It looks like seborrhoeic dermatitis and not psoriasis.

Best non-prescription product ever usedHave been using this for years and it is the best product on the market to control psoriasis or clear up any other rough or scaly skin patches with persistent use. It does not have the rebound effect that cortisone prescription cream does. Too bad the company does no advertising and one only finds out about this product by word of mouth.

I have had psoriasis off and on for about 8 years. During this last year I had my worst outbreak. Both of my elbows were red and cracked. I started putting on Mg 217 and I noticed a big diffrence in a week. I am going on week two and my elbows look great. I can see that the skin is still a little thick but it is not red or noticable. I also have a patch on my knee about 2x3 inches. I have had this for over a year now. It has been so annoying all winter. Before the skin was really red, flakey, and cracked. Now it is pinkish, no flakes, or cracks. It seems to be getting a little better each day. I am really hoping that it totally heals it. Even if it just stays the way it is right now it is worth it. I will update in a month or so and let you know how it is going.
Best Tar Shampoo
It's impossible anymore (at least in CA) to find tar shampoos that have more than 0.5% or 1% because most manufacturers have stopped making anything stronger. I have used tar shampoos for years to control my seborrheic dermatitis, but the ones with less than 2% tar just do not work and the other types of medicated shampoos (zinc and salicylic acid, etc.) work for a while, but don't really clear up the problem. After a lot of searching I found MG217. It has 3% tar and using it twice a week does the job. It also does not have a strong tar smell and it has a conditioner that leaves the hair feeling good. The company has been around for a long time, so hopefully it will stay in business.

I am a sixty-something woman who had bouts with psoriasis in my eyebrows, between my eyebrows, and on my forehead. When I was younger all I needed to do was wash my upper face with dandruff shampoo. Have to try!This stuff is amazing and if you have stubborn patches of psoriasis that won't go away with other products, I would give this one a try. I saw small improvements after just two-three applications and significant improvements after just a few days. Helps reduce the itching, redness, and continued application will heal the spots quickly. The packaging says that you can apply it up to four times a day. I would suggest doing this for the quickest results. Also do not let up when you start to see improvements, keep applying frequently. I love this stuff and saw results from using this even when my prescription medicine my dermatologist gave me didn't! I've already gotten my roommate to go out and buy some and will continue to sing this product's praises. I've never felt the need to review a product in my life but this did it, I had to let people know so it can help them too!
Excellent Cream for Psoriasis Feels Great and Works!
I have had psoriasis for over ten years and have tried everything. Either they are way too expensive or takes forever to work. I use this in compination with Psoriasin and its great. Works fast too and feels good when you put it on does not smell either. Awemsome stuff!!!
Does not help moderate to sever psoriasis at least not mine
I tried this for a week instead of my clobetasol and it just did not work as well. That said I have fairly severe psoriasis that when I'm broke out nothing but shots work. Good luck and hopefully you will have better treatment.

My husband has horrible psoriasis, I would say it covers over 75% of his body, if not more… it is really hard for him doing everyday things that we take for granted- getting a haircut and having to explain that the stuff on your head, neck, and ears is not fungus or contagious; going swimming and having some kid come up and say ewww- what’s that about the huge blotches of red, white, sometimes cracked skin covering his legs; having to wear long sleeve shirts as long as possible in Florida to cover up his elbows and arms.
