I love this stuff...I am mean to my skin. I smoke, I don't drink water, I use tanning beds, sleep in makeup...etc. I got home tonight and this was on my doorstep. I immediately tore open the box and read the instructions then went to work. 5 minutes later, someone else's face was looking in the mirror. I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT believe how fabulous my skin feels and looks. It's like silk. After only one use. I am floored. The uneven bumps...GONE...The uneven tones...GONE...Big pores on my forehead and chin...GONE. I can't quit feeling my face. It just so happens that I recieved a sample packet of Regenerating Serum last week. I put it on afterward and WOW...even better. No greasy feeling at all. Just clean, super soft skin. I am hooked after only one use. I can't wait to see what it will do with a few weeks use. For under $30 bucks you will feel like a million. Great Job...

There are sufficient microdermabrasion pads included in this pack to get you hooked on using it--and hooked you will be, for the results speak for themselves. My face is squeaky clean and smooth after using, and I feel like my other facial products are that much more effective (such as moisturizers and serums) after using this product every 3 days. It seems to be having good results in terms of decreasing the look and size of my pores. As a fun aside note....I think that this product could also be used, ahem, for another purpose. It has two speeds, and the head that the microderm pads are attached to, can also be detached. So. Just sayin'. good value Just purchased - good price (after checking out the ProX prices, and that thing they have on the infomercial at over $250).Anyway, at 61, my skin is pretty good for my age, but it ain't 25 year old skin anymore! This product has done a nice job, and I've only used it 3 times - I already see a difference, a 'brighter' refreshed look. Just for the hell of it, I used the pad twice, and it worked fine! Maybe I didn't use it long enough the first time so it still had some "go" left in it. But, give it the ol' 1-2 try! I would have liked the pads to be maybe a little more abrasive - for older skin, that would be better. Maybe they should offer a couple of different "grit" pads, like sandpaper!!I recently had 'real' microdermabrasion - I have a pretty high pain/discomfort threshold - well, let me tell you - that procedure wasn't pleasant, it bloody hurt, and........after 2 treatments with this high powered machine, I really saw little difference, not... Awesome This is a great product and I love the price. It does pretty much what it is supposed to do but I can not use it 3/week as Neutrogena recommends. I only go for twice/ week if at all. My face feels so soft and fresh after using it. It is a must for any skincare routine. :)

I have some acne scarring from problems during my two pregnancies and thought this just might be the answer. I have used the Personal Microderm System for 3 weeks now, once per week. If you receive this product do NOT use it without watching the product demo, this is extremely important, without watching the demo you could seriously hurt damage your skin. The first day I used the product I was EXTREMELY careful, yet ended up with red streaks down my cheeks which ended up scabbing and some brilliant red circles on my cheekbones....I needed to attend a meeting that evening and quite a few people commented wondering what on earth happened to me. At this point I was pretty leery since I wanted to help my skin not harm it. It took almost a week, but my face healed up and I bravely gave myself a second... Not skin in the filter. . . can cause bruising....I am not sure if I will keep it! Update: I noticed that there is another head for the device. This other head holds the smaller attachments. I reused the unit with the smaller attachments and the suction and exfoliation was much better. At first, I had used the big head and big attachments which was clearly too much for my skin. My recommendation to the company is to do a BETTER instructional DVD. As for the scabbed skin, some of it peeled off and the skin under it is lighter than my regular skin tone.
