i saw one review for this telling people to beware that its just a mask but it clearly states that it is a full facial mask for the steam inhaler not the inhaler itself. I got this to use with the inhaler and i love it. I have asthma and sinus problems and this works well when i'm congested.

Ver good long lasting.
This is perfect product, I just wish I use it more often. I have breathing problem and this helps a lot, somehow better then a smaller mask.

This is the best steamer that I've found yet.
I don't know how many facial steamers I've purchased and I've never liked any of them for several reasons. One is that you have to sit with your face right over the steam. I would prefer to not get a backache while I'm doing a facial. The other reason is that I don't like them is because they barely produce any steam, when they do produce steam, the steam is too hot it burns my skin. This is the best steamer that I've found yet. I love that it has the attachment steam rod. This allows me to direct the steam where I want it, so I don't strain my back. I can even lie in bed and let the steam flow over my face. Now, that's relaxation. And, it produces enough steam to allow you to do that. The steam is consistent, continuous and gentle, which is not something that other steamers offer.

great facial steamer
I am so glad that I purchased this facial steamer. I have been able to use it every night before going to bed. I've been enjoying clearer skin and fewer breakouts. I simply wash my face, steam for a few minutes, and clean away any more impurities that the steam has drawn out of my skin. Not only do I go to bed feeling refreshed, but my skin is bright and moisturized as well. In the winter, I use the cool mist to keep my sinuses moisturized and have been enjoying fewer sinus infections as well. There's nothing better than being able to do your own steam facial at home each night. The benefits are much more than just going to the spa on occasion.

About what I expected
I enjoy using this product 2-3 times a week. It has a nice misty steam. The only minor disappointment is the area covered. Have to rotate my head to get full coverage whether I use the attachment or not. NBD really. I like this product.

Mabis and sinus
Wonderful inhalation steamer for sinus conditions. I have been plagued with bad chronic sinus conditions for the past 16 years and have been miserable. Four surgeries and still problems. Countless antibiotics, steroid sprays and tablets, etc. Daily treatments morning and evening with the Mabis and the use of NeilMed sinus rinse saline packets has finally given me my life back to a quite productive state again. The Mabis puts out the very necessary copious amounts of steam where other steamers I have owned have failed. The key is that the Mabis concentrates the steam where necessary, into the nasal passages via the small nasal mask. However, it would be an improvement if Mabis would provide a nasal adapter (such as nebulizers have)that directs the steam straight into the nostrils instead of the the small mask which allows the steam to affect the entire nose area. The angled chimney of the inhaler makes it easier to use. However, it too could be improved by the use of a flexible tube...

Very effective
I had another steam inhaler some years ago, a Kaz TheraSteam. I have problems with my sinuses, and it didn't help much. I have spent years, and some money, on attempting solutions to my sinus problem, with insufficient success. It's been getting better over the years, but every now and then I still wake up after 5 or 6 hours of sleep and can't fall back asleep unless I inhale steam -- a hot shower sometimes works, but it basically means getting up and being up for a while, which is no help if it's less than a two hours before the time I'm supposed to get up anyway. I was shopping for a new humidifier, and not finding much, when it occurred to me that there might be a better steam inhaler than the one I used to have. I came to Amazon and looked around, and decided on the Mabis. I am glad I did!
