Just had it done, and in the morning my wrinkles look worse. By the end of the day, I am happy with the results.

Do you sleep on your stomach? Or in a position where your face is in contact with the sheets? It might be that you're seeing creases from the sheets combined

This is a good enough book for beginners in botox and fillers. It is raher old now and its content is not up to date with the newest developments. It is simple enough and that makes is easy to read but it has a rather superficial approach to he subject.

Very Informative
I loved the book. I found it to be very user friendly. It's arranged according to the type of procedure you may be interested in such as facial, breast, unwanted fat ect. The before and after photos are fabulous, they look like real people and not edited. I also enjoyed how patients shared their experiences with me about their cosmetic procedure. I found it easier to come up with questions that I would want to ask my surgeon. There's even a dedicated area to write my questions and concerns. Working in the cosmetic field myself, I can say that I've learned new information that I didn't think of. It helped me feel more comfortable about making my decision about my cosmetic concerns. It's defiantly a referral I'd give to my family and friends before having a cosmetic procedure performed. Your body is important and you should have information available to you. There's even information given to you about what to expect after the cosmetic procedure. Thank you for such a great book...

Very Reassuring
I am very happy to have read this book; it was a wonderful book with the stories of people that actually went through the procedures. I felt like it helped we me get through the what if's and it was very reassuring. I liked that there were before and after pictures so you weren't left wondering what the person looked like. Very good read, would recommend to my friends and family considering any type of cosmetic procedure.

I am very pleased with this book. I have been considering cosmetic surgery for awhile now. This book explains how to choose a doctor and gives you an ideal cost. The book was very reader friendly and showed many before and after photos on real patients along with there stories!! Very pleased will reccommmend!!
