i'm dark haired.
I would suggest ditching the powder as a first step, use long stay foundation (Revlon color stay) this dries our perfectly,, now the trick.

A Little Goes a LONG Way!My best friend's wedding was coming up and of course pictures were gonna be taken. I needed new concealer, but was a bit skeptical because of previous experiences: Didn't cover at all, too cakey, irritated my skin, never could got the right shade, etc. Also, from time to time I do other people's make up, and I needed something that would offer a wide variety of shades. This palette does the trick. I was about to purchase Ben Nye, but I remembered a couple of bloggers who recommended this as an alternative. When I received the palette I waited to use them until the next day (wanted to give the colors time to settle-with shipping and temperature changes the product sweats, which can distort the integrity of the product). Did a practice run with just concealer without placing foundation on top, and it was smooth as butter (I apply my concealer with a small concealer brush). I also used them for the bridal party and they worked great: covered dark circles, blemishes, and tattoos...
Great Coverage!
Due to heredity, age (I'm 49) and some illness, I have perpetual dark circles and bags under my eyes that make me look tired and older than I am! So I'm always on the hunt for a concealer that will work for me. After trying expensive brands, Dermablend, CM Beauty, and also drugstore brands, they either didn't cover, caked into fine lines, were the wrong shade, or a combo of all these things. However I think I may have found my savior in Coastal Palettes concealer palette, thank God!! It's in an array of natural shades that can be mixed and matched, is creamy and super-blendable, and dang, it totally covers my undereye circles!! I was so pleased especially after being disappointed SO many times~~ thank you, Coastal Scents! I recommend~ and will definitely be buying this again! I look fresh and bright eyed once again...and thanks to Amazon who always has what I need.

This product literally makes me look like a doll when I'm finished, my face is PHENOMENAL! I'm a makeup artist and do work for print, television, music videos, you name it. Its beautiful even in HD cameras and heavy stage lighting. Definitely a must have for new makeup artists in the process of expanding their kit. I am very happy with this product!

Tattoo cover! Perfect!~I used this product to cover some really BIG tattoos for my wedding. It worked!! I tried the Kat Von D stuff - didn't work. I tried DermaBlend - didn't work. This stuff not only worked well to just cover, but it was waterproof and hug-proof too! I applied it with my ring finger, starting with the lightest shade and layered it with 3 or 4 shades of darker, letting it slightly dry between layers. (5 layers total, about 15 minutes to cover a 7"x7" black tattoo) I sealed it in with some loose powder (not any specific brand worked better than another, btw) I would HIGHLY recommend this for anyone who wants to cover a dark tattoo! The only thing I would have to recommend beyond buying it is to maybe buy 2 of them if you have more than one tattoo to cover or expect more than one cover session out of it - each color is about the size of a quarter and shallow in depth. Great set for varying skin color
My problems: hyperpigmentation, fast tanning, undereye darkness, pimplesI am so glad that I discovered this concealer palette. The variety of concealer colors is what makes it so great for me. I am American Indian and my skin has a yellow cast to it which makes it difficult to find concealers in a price range I can afford. Plus, my skin color changes throughout the year. Having several shades of concealer in one palette makes it easy to adapt as the season changes. There are several shades that are more yellow than pink in their undertones to suit my skin. It's easy to apply. I use a brush to touch it on and then tap it with a finger to blend it. I have hyperpigmentation so it's nice that I can build the concealer up without looking cakey. A bit of powder sets everything and I'm good to go. The only change I would suggest it to make palettes that are specifically for pink undertones or yellow undertones.
Love it!
I was so excited to get this in the mail today. The seller did a great job of packaging it so that it wasn't damaged during shipment. Seeing as it is summertime, you could tell the heat took a slight toll on each concealer in the palette. There was a bit of "oil" (or whatever liquid is incorporated into each concealer) that had rose to the surface. But nothing that couldn't be blotted away with a paper towel or mixed with your finger before its first use. I love the variety of colors that comes in this palette. I am tan/olive naturally, so my complexion changes throughout the year (much darker in the summer, lighter tan in the winter). So it is nice to be able to have a variety of colors that aren't too extreme in change from level to level.

Great stuffHeavy coverage, but doesn't cake. I use it under my eyes, on my red nose, and on my chin that's spotted by acne scars. It is matte, blends well, and lasts forever! One of my favorites for sure.

Good for the price
This concealor is a good deal for the price. It provides moderate coverage for dark circles on pale skin. I do not use it to hide blemishes or anything other than under the eye.
